Obtaining a User Account

  1. Every user will be assigned a university email address beforehand. Using the latter email address the user can log in.

  2. A user account will be created automatically once a user login using his/her university email.

  3. Every account will be created as a general account. Therefore, once you login to the system, inform the Admin to add you to the Group of Staff.

Registration and Enrollment

Before a learner can enroll in a course, he or she must complete these steps.


  1. Obtain a university email address.


  1. Obtain a user account by logging in using the university email.


As long as the course enrollment end date has not passed, learners who have obtained a user accounts can enroll themselves in courses, or can enroll in other courses if they know the URL.


Course creators, Admins, and Staff, however, can enroll learners in a course either before or after the learners register their user accounts.
