Staff Account Requests

The Heads of the Departments and the admins are responsible for approving or rejecting requests for staff accounts

Guidelines to Approve Staff Account Request (Head of Department)

  1. When an employee request for a staff/workspace account, a mail is sent to you requesting the approval.

2. Open the email and click on the Open Application button, this will direct you to the Account Management System. Then click on View Requests.

3. Then go to the particular request you want to approve and click on the Approve button.

4. At the end of an employee's employment duration, you can click on the Delete Req. button(the red colour button).

Guidelines to Approve Staff Account Request (Admin)
