Issue #1: Web Browser Configuration Issue

Temporary Solution

  • If you are facing this issue, it means there's a configuration issue for multiple Google accounts. You can simply open a new incognito window as shown below and try to open the application there (you need to login to the university G suite email account inside the incognito window first).

Permanent Solution

  • If you are facing this issue, it means there's a configuration issue for "multiple Google accounts". You can simply open Google Chrome go to the icon that shows your Gmail account as shown below.

  • Click on the icon, your current account and other profiles you are logged into will be shown in the menu that appears. Then click on the Settings icon.

  • The following window will open with all the profiles that you are logged into. Delete all the profiles by clicking on the three dots(More Actions) to the left of every profile and clicking on Delete as shown below.

  • After deleting all the profiles, log into the faculty email first and then log into any other email you need to.

Issues generated in Attendance Management System

Issue #2: Unavailability of Tabs


  • If you see a screen without any tabs available to submit or review, this means you have not been authorized to perform the action. The administrator needs to authorize you.


  • If you haven’t filled this form [A], that might be the reason.

Issue #3: Active Period Expired..!


  • If you see the above message, it means that the system has been locked for the next stage and you can only view the data.

Other Issues

  • If you receive a "3D Authentication failed" error - it means that you were not successful entering required information. Please correct any typing errors, deactivate Caps Lock, check the data if needed and try one more time.


  • A Declined - Do not honour notification is a request status associated with the 20005 response code, and it means that the customer's bank has declined the payment. This is the most common message provided by banks when a payment fails their authorization process. - You have to enable your card for online payments. To do that you have to contact your card provider


  • Please Note that you need to be logged into your University Google Account, in-order to make the payment.
