Late Registration

(Late Enrollment and Late Unenrollment)

Late Enrollment

  • Fines should be paid when the student has been unable to enroll for the semester in time. The steps to be followed are;

  1. Send a Request to the Dean(deansci@sci.pdn.ac.lk ) via Email, clearly mentioning the reason why you were incapable enrolling on time and ask for approval.

  2. Once you receive the approval, login to your university email, go to the student dashboard and click on FOS Payment.

  • Choose Fine(Late Registration) as the Payment Type, the Amount appears automatically and a new field will appear as No. of Subjects. Insert the number of subjects in this field.

  • Next, in the Additional Information field, you should mention the course codes separating them with commas(without any spaces).

(For Example: AS402,AS403,AS404)

  • Before continuing verify the Academic Year and Semester for accuracy.

  • Once the Payment Type is selected and the course codes are entered into the Additional Information field(as required) click on the Goto Payment button.

  • This will direct you to the payment prompt as shown below. Enter the card number, Expiry Month/Year, CVC, Name on Card and then click on the Submit button.

  • After completing the payment process, email the request approved by the Dean to support@sci.pdn.ac.lk, mentioning about the payment you have done under the Payment Type of Fines(Late Registration) and the date of payment.

When you complete this process you will be added to the List of Late Registration.

Late Unenrollment

  • Under Late Registration, a student is also given the opportunity to drop any courses. The steps to be followed are;

  1. Send a Request to the Dean(deansci@sci.pdn.ac.lk ) via Email, clearly mentioning the reason why you were incapable enrolling on time and ask for approval.

  2. Then email the request approved by the Dean to support@sci.pdn.ac.lk with clearly mentioning the reason why you want to drop the particular course.
