Employee Registration

The Heads of the Departments and the Deans of the Faculties are responsible for approving or rejecting requests for employee registration

Guidelines to Approve New Applicants (Head of Department)

  1. When an employee register via Employee Registration, you will receive an email requesting for your approval.

2. Click on the Open Dashboard button, which will direct you to Employee Registration. Then click on Submitted Applications.

3. You can view the application by clicking on the View button and once you are ready to approve you can click on the Approve button.

Note: Once you approve the applicant, a mail will be sent to the Dean of the Faculty with the notification that you approved the applicant.

Guidelines to Approve New Applicants (Dean of the Faculty)

  1. When an applicant is approved by the Head of Department, you will receive an email requesting for your approval.

2. Click on the Open Dashboard button, which will direct you to Employee Registration. Then click on Submitted Applications.

3. You can view the application by clicking on the View button and once you are ready to approve you can click on the Approve button.

Note: If you have received many applications and if you want to approve all of them at once, you can click on the Approve All button.
